This is our third year ordering from you. We absolutely love everything - the speed, the style, the options. We also loved your cute note that said our order made your day. Our own small bit of feedback that could be improved is both last year and this year a couple of the boxes that the trophies come in have been split on the side on arrival. It doesn't affect the trophies at all - it just doesn't look as nice as we give them out in the boxes. But overall still a 5 star rating - and we will be coming to you every year. Much appreciated! Just love our player of the match medals we ordered for the summer oztag comp! They arrived perfectly packaged and looked exactly as the picture expected. I made a mistake with the online order and emailed customer service and they fixed it straight away.
